This book really does work

I have been going through a very difficult time and I had tried therapy and read lots of self help books. Nothing was making any difference. Then a friend recommended this book as it made a huge change for her life and she was raving about it. I decided to give it a try - I liked the CD idea. Even after just the 1st two chapters and listening to the CD only once I noticed a massive difference in how I felt when I woke up in the morning and throughout the day. Things that would normally have made me very tearful just dont anymore. I love that its very practical, no fluff and most important it gets results fast... and its so easy!

amazing......actually worked

This cd was given to me by my mom. I had been feeling rather blah and depressed. The book is good but it's the cd at the back of the book that made all the difference. I was skeptical but tried it. After a week my whole perspective on my life changed and I felt an inner joy.

Want to be happy?

I suffer from chronic depression. When I listened to this cd, I wasn't expecting much...but I was so wrong! I was actually happy! Now life has come along, with it's harshness & pain...so I'm reading the book and listening - really listening to the cd, and it pulls me back up again! Remarkable!
